Catering – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Irie Daughta Catering! We’re honored to be part of your special occasion. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully:

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your catering date. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment is received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your event.

  • For orders placed less than 7 days before the event, full payment is required upon booking.

Menu & Guest Count

  • Final menu selections and guest count must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to your event.

  • Any changes made after this window may be subject to additional fees and availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged in full.

Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery and setup fees vary by location and service type. These fees will be included in your quote.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside of our control—but we always strive to deliver on time.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • Please notify us of any allergies or dietary needs in advance. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a nut-free or allergen-free kitchen.

Food Safety & Liability

  • Irie Daughta follows strict food safety guidelines. Once food has been delivered and signed off, we are not responsible for its handling or storage.

Property & Equipment

  • Any rented equipment must be returned in good condition. Lost or damaged items may incur replacement fees.

Images & Promotion

  • We may take photos of our setups for promotional use. If you prefer we do not, please let us know in writing.
